Associate Project Manager

A qualified candidate will have 1-2 years project management experience within an custom software company or an interactive marketing or digital advertising agency. Must have a history of working directly with clients and supporting relationships, while reporting and communicating project status effectively. The ideal candidate for the position will have some experience with cross functional teams delivering solutions in the digital agency space.

  • Manage one or more projects concurrently including digital advertising campaigns from strategy to implementation.
  • Planning, managing and executing digital application development.
  • Work closely with the cross functional team leads to, developing and managing project plans, risk assessments, and client communications.
  • Driving the team to meet and exceed milestone delivery schedules and controlling project scope, budget, and timelines to ensure successful, on time delivery.
  • Ask questions, research solutions to help define project requirements.
  • Draft estimates with high level tasks and milestones, crafting detailed and actionable Scopes of Work, Change Orders, and Proposals.
  • Accountable for tracking and reporting of budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Ensure project team (and management as appropriate) is continually updated on client’s programs, including successes, issues, concerns or feedback.
  • Learn and employ best practices.
