At Springbox, the Paid Social Media Specialist is a position that requires continual learning of new offerings within the social media landscape. The person who will fit best in this role is someone who has the desire to provide constant campaign improvements and has a love for problem solving. Paid Advertising across all social media platforms has become an important part of the digital advertising channel mix for all B2B and B2C companies. As we continue to lead the industry we are looking for individuals who hope to help take that charge to the edge.] This job requires someone willing to adapt to new technologies with a willingness to experiment, sometimes fail, and inevitably succeed.


  • Organizing and launching paid campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other programmatic media  platforms
  • Set up and organize tracking and tagging for social campaigns
  • Working with Analytics team to ensure all tagging and ad serving is properly executed
  • Working with the Demand Generation team to gain a holistic view of client success
  • Campaign monitoring and optimization based on KPIs
  • Weekly, Bi-weekly, and Monthly reporting on campaign performance
  • Serve as point of contact to clients for anything social related on reporting calls, recommendations and day-to-day collaboration
  • Constantly stay on top of platform improvements and new offerings within all social media platforms as well ad educate the team on these changes
  • Provide insight into best practice for each platform and how to best achieve success for each client

Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising; or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in G Suite, project management tools, as well other collaborative web based software
  • Proficient in the nuances of Facebook Power Editor, Linkedin Ad Manager, and Twitter Ad Manager
  • An ability to collaborate as well as work independently in a busy environment
  • Detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Motivated, team player, with a high level or marketing comprehension
  • Grow mindset and learn outside of your current skill set
  • 3+ years of social campaign management experience

Additional Skills:

  • Marketing Automation, CRM, CMS
  • Paid advertising experience in LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Google Analytics, Conversion tracking/tagging experience, GTM experience.
  • Data visualization experience (Power BI, Tableau, Datorama)
  • Any experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL is always a plus
